What should I do now? One thing is certain—remaining idle is not an option.

I once felt lost, uncertain of my next steps. But I realized that true purpose lies in doing something meaningful and impactful. Faith in God became my ultimate guiding force. Amidst the diverse traditions of worship, one ritual stands out—lighting a lamp (Diya). While many use earthen lamps, I chose to take a different idea: crafting diyas from cow-dung manure.

“Every idea has a story, and mine is no exception.”

And, my story behind this thought-provoking initiative can be reveled in:

Lalatendu Raju is the recipient of his own imagination

An illustrious career cut across various sectors and the stream includes finance, legal, education, social enterprises. He had his formal education in MFC and LLB. from Berhampur university, also earned CFP credential from Financial Planning Standard Board, India. His notable attainment includes:

  1. Leading authority, The Green Lamp Project
  2. Developed India’s first financial planning platform and tools
  3. Leading expert in mapping Indian education eco-system with UAE framework
  4. Visiting faculty in Prominent B’ Schools in Delhi
  5. Served as Knowledge Management Committee Member of FPSB, India
  6. Implementation of Livelihood Project in association with OLM, govt. of Odisha

Lalatendu Raju also authored technical papers compliment his ground breaking work on Financial Planning platform and tools. He is the recipient of his own imagination. His imagination of doing something meaningful and impactful, in memory of his father became a technology innovation, now embedded in “The Green Lamp Project” as community development project.

Lalatendu Raju continues to remain actively involved in all major streams of his expertise and experience, especially in designing innovative solution cut across diverse area.
