OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
The machine is a compact structure consisting of fixed bottom half and movable unit housed in the frame. There is no welding in the entire framework for modularity and multiplicity of utility purpose. The machine can be setup incurring low cost and is easy and very affordable to maintain.
There are two main modules in the machine.
- The moving part on the top with core plate (5 profile of Diya)
- The fixed bottom part with cavity plate
The core plate is connected to a single metal plate which is connected to a screw, rotating which, the core plate (5 profile of Diya can be moved up/down simultaneously.
- The metal plate glides through two arms, hence ensuring no tilt while moving down.
- Below the cavity plate is a ejector plate with ejector pins
- The ejector plate glides through the same two are connected with metal plates.
- Fill the cavity plate with raw material
- Rotate the screw to glide metal and core plate in the cavity plate
- Keep rotating so that the material inside dies is compressed.
- Rotate the screw in reverse way so that the Diya comes out through ejector pin below the cavity profile
